OSBI OFFERS REWARD FOR INFORMATION IN COMANCHE COUNTY COLD CASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Source: Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation OKLAHOMA CITY (August 10, 2022) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is offering a $5,000 reward for information about the murder of 21-year-old Ci’Lina Teira Bell-Deloney, who also went by Cici. Bell-Deloney, who was a mother, was found dead in the middle of NW Paint Road in Cache on January 16, 2017. She had been shot multiple times. Bell-Deloney was last seen alive at the Walmart on Sheridan Road in Lawton at 5:45 a.m. She left the Walmart with people she knew. Her whereabouts after leaving the Walmart and until her body was discovered at 11:00 a.m. are unknown. The Comanche County Sheriff’s Office investigated this case until OSBI assistance was requested in December of 2021. Seven years.

Today marks seven years since Ci’Lina was found dead in the middle of NW Paint Road in Cache, Oklahoma. She had been shot multiple times. In a Jan. 16, 2020, report by KSWO-TV, Comanche County Sheriff Kenny Stradley said they believe they know who did it, but they need more evidence to bring them in.
